Blue Cross Online Visits 

You can now use Blue Cross Online VisitsSM or  bcbsmonlinevisits.comFor assistance, give us a call at (844) 606-1608  [24 hours a day - seven days a week].

  • MESSA covers online doctor visits through Blue Cross Online Visits for convenient, affordable care to treat minor, non-emergency illnesses such as cold, sinus infection, sprain or rash.

  • With 24/7 online health care, you can have a live, on-demand visit with a board-certified doctor through Teladoc, a leading telehealth provider.

  • The $65 visit is a covered MESSA benefit and subject to your plan deductible and applicable office visit copayment.

IRS no longer requires form 1095-C

The IRS no longer requires a 1095-C form to be filed with your taxes. Due to this change, the 1095-C form will not be automatically mailed to you. If you would like a copy of your 1095-C form, it can be provided one of two ways:

  • Call MESSA's Member Service Center at 800-336-0013

  • Secure message via your MyMESSA member portal account
