Program Information:
Monday-Friday for elementary students only on scheduled school days
Must be 5 years old to attend
AM session- 6:00am-8:40am
PM session- 3:30pm-6:00pm
Schedules are due every Thursday by 5:00pm prior to the following week of attendance
Account will be billed for days scheduled regardless of attendance
Minimum of 3 sessions per week ($30 minimum charge per week)
Care locations: Gaines, Syring, Morrish
Gaines- all care for K-5 is provided on site
Syring- Dieck students will shuttle to and from Syring for care
Morrish- Elms students will shuttle to and from Morrish for care
When:
Morning Session - [6:00am - 8:40am]
Afternoon Session - [3:30pm - 6:00pm]
Half day childcare - [12:00pm- 6:00pm]
Program Cost/Fees :
Registration fee (annual) -$35 per child, $60 per family
$10 per session (If you use AM and PM you would be charged $20 for that day)
Second child rate -$1.00 off ($9.00)
Minimum requirement of 3 sessions per week during full weeks of school ($30 minimum charge per week)
Half day childcare (over 5 hours) -$40 (2nd child $35)
Late schedule fees -$15
Late pick up fee -$1.00 per minute, per child
Elementary Age Students:
Morrish Elementary (Elms Road Elementary students will shuttle to and from Morrish for care)
Syring Elementary (Dieck Elementary students will shuttle to and from Syring for care)
Gaines Elementary (Care provided at Gaines)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW REGARDING SHUTTLING
With our new bus routing software we have to utilize the information from Power School to get our students onto a bus. If you need your student to use Swartz Creek Transportation to ride a bus to and from school, including shuttles between schools, YOU MUST log onto your your student's PowerSchool account. EVEN IF your student has been assigned a bus in the past this form still needs to be filled out. To fill out this form you will need to go to Power School and then click general forms tab, then click on and fill out the transportation change request form.

Nutrition Services:
Breakfast and afternoon snack are provided depending on which sessions you sign up for. Sack lunches are provided for half day care.
