Dear Parent/Guardian,

You are requesting to have your non-resident student attend Swartz Creek Community Schools. The process begins with the completion of the application below. You must contact your resident district for a release. Applications will not be reviewed until the Office of Instruction/Pupil Services receives the resident district release. Applications are good for the current school year only and must be submitted and reviewed yearly. All prior discipline and attendance records will be reviewed to determine acceptance into the district. You will be notified by mail regarding acceptance to the Swartz Creek Community School District.  Applications may be dropped off at the Administration Building located at 8354 Cappy Lane or faxed to 810-591-2784 attention D. Vanderlip.
